Meredith Luther, LPC, NCC, MS

Meredith Luther is co-founder and co-owner of Jones & Luther Counseling and Training Center. She is passionate about meeting clients where they are and supervising and training skilled and healthy counselors to do the same. She has an eclectic approach, in order to meet each client’s individual needs. Her primary approach to counseling is psychodynamic in nature, combined with attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Meredith enjoys working with clients of all ages, especially adolescents and young adults. Some of her experience includes treating anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, boundaries, interpersonal issues, and identity.

Meredith is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Master of Science (MS) degree in Counseling from Cairn University. She has a background in teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology, counseling and life skills; as well as, experience in graduate counseling practicums and internships navigation and a developed knowledge about the counseling licensure process in several states.

One aspect of the counseling process she values most is the opportunity to build safety and trust with each client at their own pace. She considers it a privilege to come alongside people as they bravely step into the counseling process.
